General Policy
Rhesia acts as a ticketing marketplace. Our refund policy is designed to balance the needs of both fans and event organizers.
The Standard Rule:
Unless an event is canceled or significantly rescheduled, all ticket sales are considered final. Once a booking is confirmed, Rhesia cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to personal circumstances, change of plans, or accidental purchases.
Event Cancellation
If an event is officially canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
Automatic Processing
Refunds are typically processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Service Fees
Please note that transaction or service fees may be non-refundable depending on the specific event terms.
Postponed Events
When an event is postponed or rescheduled, your original tickets will remain valid for the new date.
- You will be notified via email of the new date and time as soon as it's confirmed.
- If you cannot attend the new date, a refund window may be opened at the discretion of the event organizer.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the specified window (usually 14-30 days from the announcement).
